The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Jordan Gaitan, 19, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail June 4 charged with impersonating an officer. Bail was set at $2,000.

* Ernest Ruiz, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 4 charged with ex-felon failure to register. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released own his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear signed.

* Gerald Purcell, 68, of Laughlin, was booked into Pahrump jail June 4 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Christopher King, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 4 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear, two warrants of arrest and a warrant out of Humboldt County. Bail was set at $10,257.

* Dawn Landgraf, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 6 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released June 7 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Kenneth Delker, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 6 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released June 9 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear signed.

* Jennifer Hornstein, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 6 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released June 7 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Sean Wheeler-Gallegos, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 7 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released June 8 after bail was posted and a court date set.

* Douglas Houston, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 7 charged with burglary (attempt). Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Michael Peterson, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 7 on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and harassment. Bail was set at $3,632 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Michael Fosco, 51, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 7 charged with obtain water, gas and power with intent to avoid payment. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Jody Blunk, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail June 7 charged with grand larceny. Bail was set at 5,000.

* Trent Hudson, 27, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail June 9 charged with DUI-alcohol 2nd, under the influence of a controlled substance and traffic charges. Bail was set at $7,920.

* David Taylor, 20, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail June 10 sentenced to six months flat time by Pahrump District Court.

At Beatty

* Daniel Mills was booked into Beatty jail June 7 on a domestic battery charge with two priors. Bail was set at $3,000.
