Peppers hot on home accessories
By
Merry and Tim Pepper chose a home accessory business based on Merry's love for home decorating. Her taste grew from her youth to adulthood and varied from home interior to garden enhancement. Located at 70 S. Highway 160, Suite 4, Pepper's has an eclectic collection of sculptures, vases, candelabras, artwork, lamps, silk floral arrangements, metal, wood, lacquer, and so much more that to list it all would take up the whole page. They are truly lovely items. The Peppers came to Pahrump in 2007 to live a little closer to their son, Michael, who is a staff sergeant with the USAF stationed at Creech Air Force Base (formerly Indian Springs Air Force Base). Merry remarked, "The people here are friendly. You can go to Wal-Mart and have a conversation with anyone. "For Father's Day we have a great selection of items. Our inventory is ever-changing, come take a look." If you are looking for a specific item, or need help selecting an item, the Peppers are more than willing to assist you. "We are closed on Mondays, but we are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday," she added. The Peppers feel the poor economy may not affect their business as people are either building a new home, buying an existing home or redecorating their current home. Cultures represented include items from Italy, India, Asia, Europe, and others. One item of interest for Nevadans is a gambling table that offers four games in one. Chefs will love the kitchen items that can bring interest to any restaurant. For the garden, there is a large variety of sculptures, fish bowls, screens and more for both indoor and outdoor environments. If you have questions or need to order a special item, you can call Pepper's at 775-751-3733. |
