The Shadow Mountain Community Players are once again planning to perform.

This time the show will be staged at the annual Wild West Extravaganza in September.

Shadow Mountain is known for performing melodrama, where the good guys are exceedingly good, the bad guys exceedingly bad, the names of the characters reflect the parts they play and in a good versus evil world, good always prevails.

This melodrama is going to be musical as well so those with a voice might want to audition at the casting call.

The production this year will be "The Inspector General and the Kansas City Kid."

The auditions will be 7 p.m. June 10 in the Saddle West Showroom.
