The Rev. Carole Fucillo-Ollivier has returned to Pahrump to once more offer her wedding services.

Former owner of Forever More Chapel, Ollivier wants to join couples in the bliss of marriage and spread joy.

Her new chapel, Forever More and a Day, is located at 4670 S. Mankins St.

Ollivier is willing to hold wedding services anywhere at any time. She hopes to move to other accommodations soon.

She has performed weddings for many years, beginning in Las Vegas at the Little White Wedding Chapel, then at the Tropicana and other venues.

She said, "I have held ceremonies at bars, churches, the Pahrump duck pond with the bridges, and other places. I like to make ceremonies joyful, romantic and spiritual, not just a 15-minute process."

Her price is $150 per ceremony.

"God is No. 1 in my life, and I feel blessed to be able to do weddings. I'm happy to be back to stable roots. While living in Florida I missed the desert and the mountains.

"I'm looking forward to serving the community, not only doing weddings, but to become active once again in organizations such as Community Action Against Rape (CAAR) by offering counseling."

In addition to CAAR, Ollivier was president of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) here in Pahrump and hopes to re-establish the organization.

Ollivier is an Air Force veteran, having served in the 1960s. During her time in service, she found that she is a very people-oriented person and decided to become active in the community when she could.

Once discharged, she continued this interest throughout her life.

As an ordained minister, in addition to weddings she helped start a nonprofit organization, Welcome Home for Victims of Domestic Violence. She hopes to start a new organization, Women of God Set Free with a similar mission.

Ollivier looks to establish ministries to be an advocate for kids in foster care and others to assist women.
