The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Ryan Kidnay, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 2 charged with domestic battery, invalid driver's license, unregistered vehicle and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $4,000. He was released after bail posted.

* Gary Ward was booked into Pahrump jail, July 2 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for diversion of funds. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Ginger Bozek, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 3 charged with driving suspended, expired registration, no proof of insurance and fictitious plates. Bail was set at $1,463 and she was released on her own recognizance.

* James Haire, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 3 charged with obstruction, possession of a stolen vehicle, no insurance and tampering with a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $7,153.

* Gordon Hanon, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 3 charged with possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic device. Bail was set at $5,700. He was released July 4 on his own recognizance.

* Joseph Martinez, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 3 on charges of resisting a public officer, harassment and temporary protective order violation. Bail was set at $11,264.

* Ivan Palacios, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 4 on a charge of burglary attempt. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill.

* Robert Rupp, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 5 charged with three counts of under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $15,632.

* Timothy Murphy, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 6 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Nathan Hill, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 6 on charges of battery on a victim over 65, malicious destruction of property and minor in consumption. Bail was set at $11,264.

* Jason Lynch, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 7 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Yesenia Larue, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 7 charged with domestic violence with a deadly weapon and murder attempt. Bail was set at $155,000. Released under own recognizance July 8.

* Donald McNeely, 40, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 7 charged with DUI-drugs, receiving stolen property and driving on wrong side. Bail was set at $5,904.

* Brian Gibson, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 8 charged with domestic battery with substantial bodily harm and tampering with a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $18,636.

* Paul Hycz, 56, of El Cajon, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail July 8 charged with violation of extended protective order. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Scott Bennett, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 8 charged with failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,000.
