HORACE LANGFORD JR. / PVT The Trojan Intramural Basketball League season -- with nine boys and eight girls teams entered -- has begun. With all games being played on Fridays and Saturdays in the Ninth Grade Academy gym, action will continue through March 8. Players are elementary school-age children. Games will be played this Friday at 6:30 p.m., 7:15 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday, action starts at 8 a.m. and runs through 11:45 a.m. The coaches are Garth Oakey, Steve Bahret, Steve Jersic, Noah Poulos, Michael Salazar, Dan and Renae Lindgren, Bryan Holmes, Chaz Chumley, Courtney Lewis, Wayne Pohlmeier, Dave Lawdensky, Mike Taylor, Susan Toomer, Tim Wombaker, Russ Meads and Ray Burch. On Feb. 9, games will be switched to J. G. Johnson Elementary.
