The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Branden Spears, 28 of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 9 on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of domestic battery and safety belts required. Bail was set at $3,192. There was a detainer placed by Las Vegas Justice Court for Missouri.

William Lawson, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 9 on charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $20,000.

Ruth Gallego, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 9 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Lewis Johnson, 59, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 on charges of sexual assault with a child under 14 and lewdness with a child under 14. Bail was set at $60,000.

Lando Stracner, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Sandy Venable-Little, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 on charges of domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $6,000.

Dennis Mitchell, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 on a violation of extended protective order and domestic battery. Bail was set at $8,000.

Leslie Stewart, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 10 charged with DUI, use of a controlled substance, driving without a valid driver's license, no insurance, unregistered vehicle, tail lamps required, improper turn on divided highway and headgear and eye protection required. Bail was set at $7,374.

Eric Randal, 20, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 11 charged with statutory sexual seduction. Bail was set at $10,000.

Deanna Shelton, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 11 on charges of conspiracy statutory sexual seduction, two counts of child neglect, burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, fraud and larceny. Bail set at $23,500.

Kevin Garnica, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 11 charged with failure to appear after admission of bail. Total bail was $3,000.

Jason Brickles, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 12 on charges of basic speed, DUI-alcohol and two counts of child endangerment. Bail was set at $7,949 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Michael Palos, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 12 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for burglary, grand larceny and injury to other property. Bail was set at $12,000. He was re-booked Jan. 13 on charges of burglary, grand larceny, injury to other property, failure to appear warrants for petit larceny, grand larceny motor vehicle, three counts of petit larceny and three counts of offense involving stolen property, Total additional bail was set at $13,500.

Gerald Beaver, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 on charges of home invasion, home invasion conspiracy and injury to other property. Bail was set at $10,000.

Gregory Beaver, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 on charges of home invasion, home invasion conspiracy and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $10,000.

Gregory Hatfield was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 13 as a recommitment from 5th District Court. He was found guilty on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $30,000

Joseph Provenza, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 14 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for trafficking cocaine. Bail was set at $20,000.

Chester Wertman, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Jan. 15 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for non-sufficient funds checks and criminal contempt. Bail was set at $5,000.

Victor Voisine, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $4,000.
