Wednesday -- breakfast burrito, tomato salsa.

Thursday -- bagel and cream cheese.

Friday -- pancake pod, cold cereal.

Tuesday -- popcorn chicken, rice pilaf, fresh broccoli and cauliflower, ranch dip, dinner roll.

Wednesday -- bean and cheese burrito or cheese quesadilla, carrot and celery sticks with dip, chilled peaches, low-fat cookie.

Thursday -- Hamburger on bun, lettuce and tomato, tater tots, apple slices.

Friday -- nachos or soft pretzel with cheese sauce, tossed salad, fruit mix, sherbet cup.
