Junior varsity games start at 3 p.m., with the girls-boys varsity twin bill beginning at 6 p.m. Beatty's boys are 2-8, while the girls are 3-4. On Saturday, the Hornets are at home against division and county rival Round Mountain, with the four-game set starting at 1 p.m. Romero Hernandez, 20, drives for the Hornets in a game against the Pahrump Valley JVs.
