Other discussion items include the Findlay Prep basketball program based in Henderson, a Class 4-A wrestling proposal, the 4-A baseball tournament format, and the NIAA drug and alcohol policy.

There will be a discussion concerning the so-called juvenile detention schools -- Independence, Rite of Passage in Yerington, and Spring Mountain.

There will be an executive session to discuss a personnel issue -- the possible disciplinary action against a coach.

There will be a discussion on moving swimming from the winter to the fall season.

The board is to evaluate NIAA executive director Eddie Bonine and discuss his contract.
