MARK WAITE / PVT Jeffrey Sisk, a recent transplant from Michigan, takes advantage of a break in the weather to cruise around town in his converted bicycle. Sisk said he has arthritis and finds it's too painful to lean over and pedal a conventional bicycle. With the converted machine, he can lie back and relax. Sisk said in any case, it's a nice alternative to paying $3 for a gallon of gas. |
