BEATTY-- Lynette Esser, 57, of Arizona, was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 95 at mile marker 74, north of town, at approximately 3 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.

The Nye County Sheriff's Office said the accident is being investigated by Nevada Highway Patrol and did not release any details.

Nye County Sheriff's Office Dep. Wehrly was dispatched to the scene where he made contact with Lt. Frank Jarvis, who had already pronounced Esser dead from injuries.
