The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Robert Broghton, 70, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 13 charged with battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Mathew Baker, 38, of Lake Havasu, Ariz., was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 14 on a 5th District Court warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail is to be set.

Mylane Wallace, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 14 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Robert Machlan, 45, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 14 on a warrant of arrest for burglary, forgery and habitual criminal. Bail was set at $250,000.

Darvis Johnson, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 15 charged with sex offender failure to complete annual verification. Bail was set at $5,000.

Nerissa Wood, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 15 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and accessory to burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

David Wood, 45, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 15 on charges of possession of stolen property and accessory to burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

Rene Ortiz, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 15 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, accessory to burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $20,632.

Keith Kierstein, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 15 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Dawn Ritchie, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 16 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

William Maupin, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 17 on a 2nd offense domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jeremiah Hare, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 18 charged with criminal contempt with the Pahrump District Court. No bail was set.
