The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Jason Bosse, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 7 sentenced to 48 hours per Pahrump District Court.

Kelly Peart, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 9 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Jonathan Pintado, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 11 charged with lewdness with a child under 14. Bail was set at $20,000.

Tina Linderman, 43, of Newburg, Ore., was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 11 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest and two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

Shannon Day-Knight, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 11 on charges of use of a controlled substance and petit larceny. Bail was set at $5,632.

Brian Buffone, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Lori Buffone, 47, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Michael Lee, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 11 on charges of obstructing a peace officer and using personal ID to avoid/delay prosecution. Bail was set at $5,632. He was re-booked Feb. 12 on additional charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell marijuana and possession of marijuana. Bail for those charges was set at $15,000.

Arleen High, 67, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 12 charged with child abuse/neglect. Bail was set at $5,000.

Angela High, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Feb. 12 charged with child abuse/neglect. Bail was set at $5,000.
