In last Friday's paper, the Pahrump Valley Times listed options for a special meal out, with that special someone.

The Stockman's Steakhouse at the Pahrump Nugget is offering a choice of chateaubriand (for two only), or a sweetheart cut 10 oz. ribeye, or surf and turf (10 oz. ribeye and a 4 oz. lobster tail) for $44.99 per person. Meals include appetizer, soup or salad, vegetable and dessert. The steak house opens at 4 p.m., and reservations are filling fast. Call 751-6500.

Wulfy's is offering surf and turf, too (12 oz. ribeye and a 7 oz. lobster tail). The price is $29.99 per person and includes veggies and a potato. They are also offering all inclusive packages of surf and turf for two, a deluxe room and a bottle of champagne for $99. Reservations are highly recommended. Call 537-1111.
