DON McDERMOTT / PVT The Beatty High School girls' basketball team, coached by Aimee Senior (left), closes the Nevada Class A Central Division season at Tonopah tonight. Tuesday, the Lady Hornets, 5-3 division and 8-8 in all games, will compete in the first round of the Southern regionals as a No. 3 seed against either Pahranagat Valley Alamo or Las Vegas Mountain View Christian. The Panthers and Saints have yet to decide the South Division's Nos. 1 and 2 seeds for the playoffs. Tonopah's girls is in contention for the No. 4 seed tonight. Round Mountain's girls are the Central's top seed.
