The Nye County Sheriff's Office is once again offering a ride home instead of a ride to jail.

In keeping with the holiday season, the NCSO is reminding everyone: "Don't drink and drive."

In keeping with the tradition of making sure the public arrives safely at home, they are again offering the Free Ride Home Program.

All it takes is a call to 751-700 in Pahrump; 553-2345 in Beatty and 482-8101 in Tonopah and an officer will pick you up and take you home -- free of charge.

They urge the public to utilize the program and have a safe and happy New Year's Eve for yourself and for everyone else.
