The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Michael Hardy, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 on charges of harboring a fugitive, two counts of burglary, five counts of grand larceny, obstructing and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $55,633 and there was a probation and parole hold with no bail.

* Michael Fuhrman, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, two counts of burglary, five counts of grand larceny and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $50,632.

* Cindy Keyes, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 charges with harboring a fugitive and obstructing. Bail was set at $5,632. She was released Aug. 21 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Robin Farester, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 on two charges of possession of credit card without permission, harboring a fugitive and obstructing. Bail was set at $15,632. She was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Michael Flint, 20, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 charged with child abuse. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Matthew Ambrosen, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 on charges of resisting, destruction of property, public nuisance and unlawful body fluids. Bail was set at $11,264. He was released Aug. 22 on his own recognizance per judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Shannon Knight, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 on charges of possession of a controlled substance by a prisoner and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $22,500 and bond was revoked by the bond agency.

* Michael Montgomery, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug 21 charged with possession of a controlled substance and concealing evidence. Bail was set at $7,000.

* Robert Taber, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail charged with failure to appear on a traffic warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Sarah Miller, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 21 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on receiving stolen property and altering a VIN number. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Darrell Tunnell, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 21 charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and sexual assault. He was remanded back into custody per Judge Brisebill. Bail set at $250,000.

* Branden O'Connor, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 22 charged with first degree murder. No bail.

* Tyrone Grant, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 on a spousal domestic charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Xavier McMurtry, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,632. He was released Aug. 25 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear signed.

* Alexander Cook, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 charged with four counts of under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000. He was released Aug. 25 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear signed.

* Eduardo Mendez-Hernandez, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 charged with sexual assault. Bail was set at $50,000.

* Roger Giron, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on a first domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Chance Carden, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Bryan Bradley, 49, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Lynda Rhodes, 55, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 25 charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and 15 counts of defacing notices. Bail was set at $19,480. She was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Edward Kelly, 38, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 25 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Daniel Hosko, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 26 on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $6,500.

* David Canty, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 26. Bail was set at $3,000.
