PRATT, Kansas -- Legacy of North Las Vegas won the Division II Central Plains Regional American Legion baseball championship, played here Aug. 14-Aug. 17.

Legacy, winner of the Nevada Youth Baseball Association Silver Division state playoffs:

* lost to Jordan, Minn., 4-1;

* defeated Colby, Kansas, 4-1;

* defeated Pratt, 8-1;

* defeated Larned, Kansas, 7-0;

* defeated Clintonville, Wis., 1-0;

* defeated Jordan, Minn., 3-1;

* defeated Jordan, 4-3 (championship).

Also in the tournament were Casselton, N.D. and Doniphan County, Kansas.

Pahrump Valley was a Silver Division member during the regular season.
