Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Corey Bell, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 13 charged with battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Fulton Williams, 64, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 13 charged with DUI-alcohol, 2nd offense, fail to stop on signal of police officer, driver's license suspended and reckless driving. Bail was set at $7,121. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Neal McFadden, 18, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 13 charged with first degree arson. Bail was set at $100,000.

* Paul Hycz, 56, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 14 on charge of contempt of court. The release on his own recognizance was revoked by Judge Brisebill and bail was set at $37,000.

* Sarah Ann Rollins, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 14 on domestic battery with one or more priors. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released on her own recognizance Aug. 15 per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Paul Mariano, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 14 on charges of two counts of uttering a forged instrument and three counts of attempting to utter a forged instrument. Bail was set at $25,000.

* Linda Bradley, 51, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 14 on charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, burglary and petit larceny. Bail was set at $15,632. She was released on her own recognizance Aug. 15 per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Traci Holden-Guico, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 14 charged with child abuse. Bail was set at $5,000. She was released on her own recognizance Aug. 15 per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Steven Prunty, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 15 on charges of indecent exposure, battery and battery with the victim over 65. Bail was set at $7,246. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Michael Antul, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 15 on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $4,365.

* Summer Gibbs, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 15 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Joseph Charles Hallenback, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 15 on a third or more offense of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released Aug. 16 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Jolynn Howard, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 15 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released Aug. 16 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Amy Wombold, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for child abuse using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000. No bail on a probation and parole hold.

* Andrew Adler, 25, of Redondo Beach, Calif., was booked into Pahrump Justice Court Aug. 17 for a warrant of arrest for lewdness with a child under 14. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Stephen Alarid, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 17 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

At Beatty

* Thomas E. Dobbins was booked into Beatty jail Aug. 17 charged with DUI-1st, no insurance, turn signal, suspended driver's license and a warrant for failure to appear on an insurance charge in Sparks Justice Court. Bail was set at $3,495 and he was released on his own recognizance after a court date was set.
