Theaters going up
Others have promised movie screens for Pahrump but the Nugget has stolen a march on construction thereof.

With coach Leo Verzilli observing in the background, the Pahrump Valley football team began contact drills at a preseason practice on campus. The season opener is now Aug. 30, at Las Vegas Mountain View Christian, in a Nevada Hall of Fame game against the Class 2-A Saints.
