Early this week, the aisles at Home Depot were virtually deserted. Occasionally an individual would appear, preparing to stock this or that shelf.

Not so Tuesday afternoon, as hordes of Pahrumpians virtually took over the new store. Some Home Depot veterans were amazed at the crowd.

The opening day cake didn't last long as the parking lots outside were filled to bursting.
