Pahrump Senior Center The menu (menu subject to change) and activities for the week of Aug. 11 to Aug. 15: Menu -- soup and salad bar, 2 percent milk and juice available daily: Monday -- fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies; Tuesday -- Swedish meatballs, buttered corn, pineapple cake; Wednesday -- chicken Caesar salad, garlic bread, mixed veggies, fruit cup; Thursday -- Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, spiced pears; Friday -- battered cod, steamed rice, peas and carrots, cake with fruit. Activities Monday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker club, noon; beading club, 12:30 p.m.; hair cuts, 9 a.m. Tuesday -- Humana, 9:30 a.m.; exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, noon; craft class, 1 p.m.; bridge class, 1 p.m. Wednesday -- cloggers, 9 a.m.; pinochle, 1 p.m.; Wal-Mart shopping, 9:30 a.m. Thursday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; board meeting, 5 p.m. Friday -- exercise class, 10:30 a.m.; poker, noon; bridge, 1 p.m. Amargosa Valley Senior Center The menu (menu subject to change) for the week of Aug. 11 to Aug. 15.
