The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Scott Brown, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 23 charged with DUI-drugs, under the influence of a controlled substance, basic speed, no seat belt, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $7,280.

* Neal McFadden, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 23 on charges of burglary and three counts of contribute to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $6,896. He was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and a promise to appear signed.

* William Pederson, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 24 on charges of domestic battery, child abuse, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $9,264. He was released on his own recognizance with conditions per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Jesse Gawlik, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 25 on charges of burglary, uttering a forged instrument, conspiracy to commit a crime and probation and parole violation. Bail for the charges was set at $40,000 and no bail was set on the probation and parole violation.

* Michelle Wiles, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 25 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Christopher McDougall, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 25 on charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and uttering a forged instrument. Bail was set at $20,000.

* James Balmer, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 25 on two counts of domestic battery. Bail was set at $6,000.

* Raymond Hibbs, a transient, was booked into Pahrump jail July 25 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.

* Ronald Cornu, 61, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 26 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released July 27 after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Krystal Resnick, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 26 on charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and uttering forged instruments. Bail was set at $20,000.

* Richard McFadden, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 26 on a probation and parole violation. No bail was set.

* Brenda McFadden, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 26 on charges of burglary, petit larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $15,632.

* Donald McFadden, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 26 on four counts of burglary, four counts of conspiracy to commit a crime, three counts of uttering a forged instrument petit larceny and obstructing. Bail was set at $76.264.

* Kimberly Plummer, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 29 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on a charge of battery with substantial bodily harm. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Milton Chandler, 71, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail July 29 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear for non-sufficient funds checks. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Ira Brown, 40, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail July 29 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for sex offender failure to register and obstructing. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Holly Yurek, 42, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail July 29 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $15,000.

At Beatty

* Moses I. Jiminez Jr. was booked into Beatty jail July 30 charged with possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000.
