Sheriff report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Thomas Parrish, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 16 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Fernando Sarandos, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 16 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Ester Finkelstein, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 16 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Maria Benavente, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 18 charged with domestic battery and first degree kidnapping. Bail was set at $53,000. She was released April 20 after bond posted and a court date was set.

* Jose Castillo, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 18 charged with domestic battery and first degree kidnapping. Bail was set at $53,000. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* David Funk, 55, of Pahrump/Shoshone, Calif., (transient) was booked into Pahrump jail April 18 on charges of burglary and petit larceny. Bail was set at $5,632. He was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

* Daniel Devine, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 18 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Jeffrey Williams, 30, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 18 on charges of sexual assault of a minor, sex abuse of a child, incest and child abuse. Bail was set at $30,000.

* Antonio Amaro, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 19 on two counts of domestic battery and a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,000.

* Michael Panzardi, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 19 on charges of making threats of biological agent-terrorism. Bail was set at $5,000. He was released April 22 on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after court date set and a promise to appear signed.

* Nikita Wright, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 21 charged with domestic violence and two counts of child abuse. Bail was set at $13,000.

* Leah Verzilli, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 21 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Terrence Codera, 48, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 21 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious plates and no valid driver's license. Bail was set at $6,144. He was released April 22 own his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set and an agreement to appear signed.

* Shane Laskowski, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 21 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Charles Goucher, 52, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 22 on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and trafficking a controlled substance. Bail was set at $30,000.

* Gregory Hatfield, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 22 sentenced to the Nevada Department of Corrections.

* Ryan Garric, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 22 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on injury to property. Bail set at $15,000.

* Thomas Russell, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 22 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Darius Koklas, 38, of Pahrump, was released from Tonopah jail April 22 to the Nevada Department of Corrections.
