The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

* Mindi Smith, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 9 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Jason Miller, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $20,000.

* Ricky Nogera, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 10 on charges of evade police, reckless driving, no driver's license in possession, no proof of insurance, failure to stop at a stop sign and unregistered vehicle. Bail was set at $6,530. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

* Joshua Oliveira, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 10 on charges of domestic battery with one or more priors, burglary, buy/use/possess alcohol by a minor and interrupt 911. Bail was set at $10,632.

* Shaun Anderson, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 11 on charges of stolen property, transfer of stolen property and accessory to a crime. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Catherine Deluise, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 11 on charges of obtain/possess credit card without cardholder's consent, receive property, unlawful use of credit card and burglary. Bail was set at $15,000.

* Richard Massey, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 11 on domestic violence 1st. Bail was set at $3,000.

* Richard Hancock, 40, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 11 charged with DUI-alcohol 3rd. Bail was set at $5,070.

* Brian Varma, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 12 on charges of grand larceny, burglary and two counts of obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $22,264.

* Michael Edwards, 57, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 12 on a Nevada County, Calif warrant for lewd and lascivious with a child. No bail was set.

* Mark Perez, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 13 charged with DUI-alcohol 2nd, suspended driver's license and failure to yield. Bail was set at $3,388.

* Sharon Rinaldo, 58, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 13 on domestic violence 2nd. Bail was set at $5,000.

* William Hassard, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 15 charged with open/gross lewdness attempt. Bail was set at $5,000.

* Jeffrey Molitor, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on charges of burglary, grand larceny, burglary conspiracy and malicious destruction of private property. Bail was set at $17,500.

* Robert Cowan, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail April 15 on charges of bribery of a public officer, intimidate public officer, conspiracy to commit a crime, obstructing a peace officer and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,632.
