Timothy Bowman, 50, was killed from injuries sustained as a result of a motorcycle accident Tuesday, April 8 while traveling down Highway 95 at mile marker 68, about eight miles north of Beatty.

The Nevada Highway Patrol reported that Bowman was riding his 2005 BMW motorcycle northbound on the highway when he failed to negotiate a turn.

The motorcycle travelled off the right roadway edge into the dirt shoulder and continued down the embankment into the desert where Bowman was ejected from the motorcycle.

Bowman sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
