For years of dedicated service

Several Nye County School District employees were recognized for their dedicated and long-term service to the district by the school board April 3.

Donna Werme, a district bus driver, was recognized for 20 years of service to the district.

Deborah Houser, food service manager at Rosemary Clarke Middle School, was also rewarded for two decades of service.

Kim Medici has also spent the last two decades working for the district. She is currently a teacher's aide at J.G. Johnson Elementary School.

Lois Mills was recognized for 25 years as a kindergarten teacher for the district.

Larry Free has also taught for the district for the past quarter century and is currently at Pahrump Valley High School.
