The Nevada Department of Wildlife and the National Park Service are hosting a free seminar on striped bass fishing, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Alan Bible Visitors Center at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Experts from the department and the Nevada Striper Club will be on hand to teach attendees about techniques that work on Lake Mead and how to locate productive fishing areas.
