Among the items on the agenda for the Tuesday, Sept. 25, Pahrump Town Board meeting is a discussion and planned decision on clarifying and re-advertising the public notice for establishing a Chief Tecopa Cemetery Veteran's Memorial Advisory Board.

The plan is for the board to be open to all town residents as potential members.

The session will convene at 7 p.m. at the town offices.

Also on tap as items for discussion are the compliance audit for 2004-06 for Pahrump Valley Disposal, service agreements for the upcoming Fall Festival and a reduction of Community Pool fees to 50 cents for the 2008 season.

A discussion will also be undertaken regarding an agreement with Leisure and Recreation Concepts Inc. to prepare a master plan for the proposed Pahrump Arts and Recreation Complex.

The meeting is open to the public.
