PHOTO SIX YEARS ON
MARK WAITE / PVT About 50 local residents, including members of a Boy Scout troop, wanted to remind Pahrump motorists along Highway 160 about the sixth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon Tuesday evening. The scene was faintly reminiscent of the Friday after Sept. 11, 2001, when thousands lined Highway 160 in a candlelight vigil as a show of patriotism after the event. |
