The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Samuel Hoyt, 29, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 5 on domestic battery/violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Mark Zimmerman, 57, was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 5 on Probation and Parole violation. No bail was set.

Angel Gomez, 26, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 5 on charges of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,632.

Nicholas Siewerth, 23, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 5 on charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drug without a prescription, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $31,264.

Jeremiah Hare, 26, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 6 and charged with obtain/use a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime, burglary and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $60,000.

Burl Benner, 43, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 6 on battery and domestic violence charges. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Mary Wells, 45, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 6 charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of stolen property, and obtaining/possessing a credit card without consent. Bail was set at $20,000.

Roland Thurgood, 46, of Mountain Spring, was booked into Pahrump jail Sept 6 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI-drugs. Bail was set at $22,056.

Brinton Neibauer, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 7 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Floyd Small, 53, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. charged with sex offender failure to register. Bail was set at $3,000.

Michael Fuhrman, 35, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept 8 on ten counts of burglary, four counts of grand larceny, three counts of ex-felon possession of a firearm, four counts of conspiracy, 30 counts of grand larceny of a firearm, four counts of malicious destruction of private property, two counts of grand larceny auto and 2nd degree arson. Bail was set at $42,500.

Sky Schamanek, 28, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 8 on Pahrump Justice Court warrants. Bail was set at $35,000.

Richard Pritchard, 57, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept 8 charged with burglary and petit larceny. Bail was set at $5,632.

Hermes Romero, 24, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 8 charged with battery with a deadly weapon on a victim over 65. Bail was set at $50,000.

Mary Bastardo, 23, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept 8 on a charge of domestic battery, Bail was set at $3,000.

Daniel Core, 46, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 9 on domestic batter charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He also was served on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear for traffic. Bail was set at 1,518. He was released after bail posted.

Deann Thomas, 37, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 9 charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,632.

Barnardino Toral-Rangel, 31, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Sept. 11 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ignacio Orteaga-Guiterrez, 35, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail sept. 11 on an outside warrant from Utah. Bail was set at $10,000. He was released to custody of Sevier County District Attorney office in Utah.

At Beatty

Dennis Scott Rogers was booked into Beatty jail Sept. 10 on a Beatty Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $831.

Nicholas Johnson , 25, of Pahrump was booked into Beatty jail Sept. 10 on charges of lewdness with a child under 14, probation and parole violation. No bail was set for P and P, but the bail for lewdness was set at $10,000.

Jessica Marie Visconti was booked into Beatty jail Sept. 11 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,632.
