The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Matthew Baker, 38, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 17 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, uttering a forged instrument and obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail was set at $20,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after court date was set.

John Melcher, 29, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 17 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Justin Combe, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 18 on charges of possession of stolen property, burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and grand larceny. Bail was set at $25,000.

Jeremiah Hare, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 18 on a Pahrump District Court warrant for criminal contempt. No bail was set.

James Hollis, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 18 on 18 counts of burglary, 18 counts of petit larceny, 18 counts of conspiracy to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit Uniformed Controlled Substance Act and five counts of sale of controlled substance. Bail was set at $336,376.

Arnold Petrovsek, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a second charge of domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,000.

Stephen Thompson, 51, of Portland, Ore., was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 18 charged with two counts of insufficient funds. Bail was set at $5,000.

Teresa Gardunino, 45, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 19 on 18 counts of burglary, 18 counts of petit larceny, conspiracy to commit Uniformed Controlled Substance Act, five counts of possession of controlled substance, embezzlement and Probation and Parole violation. Bail was set at $341,376 for the charges and no bail for P and P violation.

Devin Riley, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 15 charged with DUI-drugs, under the influence of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and basic speed. Bail was set at $7,700.

Francios Bessette, 52, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 19 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for a second offense of DUI-alcohol and another warrant for no proof of insurance, driving without a valid driver's license and use of fictitious license plates. Total bail was set at $2.300.

Ronald Fiala, 42, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 21 on charges of discharge of firearm in public, discharge of firearm from vehicle, ex-felon in possession of firearm and possession of firearm while under the influence. Bail was set at $9,760.

Curtis Stevens, 38, of Gainesville, Texas, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 21 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Gerald Beavers, 44, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 22 charged with indecent exposure. Bail was set at $2,500.

Jerrod Noble, 32, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 22 on charges of stop lamps required, two counts of assault of police with a deadly weapon, battery on police with a weapon, driving on a suspended license, possession of a stolen weapon, enading, obstructing, stop sign violation, altering a VIN number, injury to property and revoked registration. Bail was set at $41,115. No bail set for P and P violation.

Devin Riley, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 23 charged with intimidating a public officer. Bail was set at $5,000 and released after bail posted and a court date set.

Jennifer Havins, 28, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 23 on three counts of abuse/neglect/endangerment of child. Bail was set at $15,000.

Ronald Robinson, 20, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 23 on charges of burglary, grand larceny, use of a controlled substance schedule II and conspiracy-burglary. Bail was set at $17,500, no bail was set on P and P violation.

Joseph Fenton, 23, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 23 on three counts of child abuse. Bail was set $15,000.

Christopher Nichols, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants. Bail was set at $4,000.

At Beatty

Gregory Scott Bliss was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 17 on a Douglas County warrant for contempt of court, under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $8,864.

Garry Salisbury was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 21 on charges of uttering a forged instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-meth. Bail was set at $10,632.
