The Rosemary Clarke Middle School football A-Team Sharks lost 24-12 to visiting Las Vegas Faith Lutheran Oct. 13, after the B-team prevailed 32-0 in the opener.

Both Sharks teams were at home Saturday, playing Bullhead City, Ariz., Mohave in a doubleheader.

The Shark defense allowed two touchdown passes and another score on a punt return. Faith Lutheran scored 24 straight points, after the Sharks had taken a 6-0 lead in the first period.

Ryan Robison scored on a 55-yard run in the second half and finished with 60 yards rushing. Barry Rankin had 37 yards on the ground, with Nathaniel Jacobi adding 29 and Ken Quitevis 14.

The Sharks forced three fumbles, but could not sustain any pressure on Faith Lutheran quarterbacks.
