Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Timothy Duran, 32, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $29,000.

Holly Hinson, 36, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 charged with grand larceny. Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released after bail posted and a court date set.

Timothy Hanahan, 20, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 charged with statutory sexual seduction. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jason Powell, 29, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 3 on two charges of burglary, two counts of possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, attempted destruction of evidence and possession of a hypodermic device. Bail was set at $32,350.

Memorie Johnson, 38, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 4 on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant from Clark County. Bail was set at $5,632 on local charges and $650 for the warrant.

William Hulderson, 41, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 4 on charges of domestic battery and child abuse. Bail was set at $8,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date set.

Brian Seehafer, 29, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 5 and charged with possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $5,000.

Terrhea-Nicole White, 32, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 on charges of domestic battery, resisting arrest, possession of a stolen vehicle and fictitious license plates. Bail was set at $9,264.

Nicholas Jonathan Stanton, 18, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 on charges of burglary, conspiracy and petit larceny. Bail was set at $8,132.

Lisa Poirier (Carey), 41, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 after bond revocation. She was rebooked on the original charge of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000 and she was released after bail posted and a court date set.

Kenneth Harris, 20, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 on domestic battery charges. Bail was set at $3,000.

Charlie Coleman, 18, of Las Vegas was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 on charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and petit larceny. Bail was set at $8,132.

David McFarland, 19, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.

Daniel Blankenship, 51, of Henderson was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 6 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $20,000.

Rachel Jones, 19, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 7 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released after bail posted and a court date set.

Heather Booth, 19, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 7 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ted Johnson, 50, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 8 on charges of grand larceny and false report of a crime. Bail was set at $5,632.

Sandy Venable-Little, 43, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 8 charged with contempt of court. Sentenced to serve five days.

William Kloepfel, 58, of Torrance, Calif. was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 8 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for ex-felon possession of a firearm. No Bail was set and a California hold was placed.

Theodore Tierney, 43, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 8 on charges of domestic violence and suspended driver's license. Bail was set at $3,417.

Connie Winterton, 41, of Las Vegas was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 9 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

At Beatty:

Howard Russell Chambers was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 6 on charges of attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy/solicitation to commit kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $70,632.

James Troy Henderson was booked into Beatty jail Oct. 4 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released on his own recognizance after a court date was set.
