The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Dennis Garcia, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 8 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for sexual assault and open and gross lewdness. Bail was set at $7,000.

David Hines, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 8 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Loretta Drouillard, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 8 charged with domestic violence and resisting. Bail was set at $3,632.

Willette Bryant, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 9 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and Bryant was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Shanna Gibbons, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 9 on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,632.

Jay Gillis, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 10 on a domestic battery charge. Bail set at $3,000 with a 24 hour hold.

Janice Farrell, 48, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 10 charged with possession of cocaine, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance not for sale and abuse/neglect/endangerment of a child. Bail was set at $20,000. She was also booked on a parole violation.

William Farrell, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 10 on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and abuse/neglect/endanger child. Bail set at $20,000.

Gene Buchanan, 63, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 11 on charges of violation of extended protective order, obstructing peace officer and resist public officer. Bail was set at $6,264.

Arnold Murrieta, 43, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 11 charged with DUI-accident, hit and run, false report of an accident and fail to maintain travel lane. Bail set at $8,611.

Jeffery Padilla, 32, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 12 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Shannon Barger, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 12 charged with DUI-alcohol, failure to maintain travel lane, tail light required and probation violation. No bail was set.

Gordon Russell, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 13 on a Las Vegas Justice Court warrant for theft and obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail was set at $7,575.

Cherlyn Conger, 26, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 13 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

At Beatty

James Justice was booked into Beatty jail Nov. 7 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance and parole violation. Bail set at $5,000 for charges but no bail was set for parole violation.
