MARK WAITE / PVT Nye County Commissioner Butch Borasky gets into his brand new 2007 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck outside the Bob Ruud Community Center earlier this month. Borasky persuaded commissioners to approve the purchase of the trucks for himself and Commissioner Peter Liakopoulos to make it easier on the ride up to meetings in Tonopah and visiting other parts of the county. County commissioners accepted a $48,892 bid from Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza June 5.
