Special Olympics

Thirteen Pahrump valley bowlers competed in a Special Olympics regional tournament recently.

Winning gold medals were Chip Danielson, Cinthia Nelson, Pam Peers and Felicia Royster.

Taking silver medals were Tammy Alexander, Ambur Boseck and Bill Klem.

Brady Freeman, Tony Gourley and Larry Yates earned bronze medals.

In doubles, Gourley, Danielson, Alexander and Royster won gold, with Peers, Yates, Klem, Sterling Brady and Burdett Ward receiving silver.
