The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Matthew Green, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 31 on charges of grand larceny, malicious destruction of private property, burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, ex-felon possession of a firearm, five counts of grand larceny of a firearm, 8 counts of grand larceny of a firearm, grand larceny auto, five counts of burglary, second degree arson and first degree arson. Bail set at $480,000. He was also booked on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear and bail for those charges was set at $8,968.

Leonardo Flores-Mejia, 29, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 31 charged with domestic battery and battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $8,000.

Delphino Zuniga-Vargas, 50, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Oct. 31 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $5,632.

Jason White, 40, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 1 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of stolen property, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and cultivate marijuana. Bail set at $20,000.

Benjamin Swanson, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 1 and charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, possession of marijuana and cultivate marijuana. Bail was set at $15,000.

Lori Jack, 36, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 2 on charges of false report of a crime, obtain money under false pretenses and using ID info from another. Bail was set at $8,132.

Ezekiel Derr, 19, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 2 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for counts 1-5, unlawful use of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $25,000.

Debra Nice, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 3 on charges of obstructing a police officer, resisting a police officer and battery on a police officer. Bail was set at $6,264.

Patrick Nice, 35, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 3 charged with intimidate a police officer, battery on a police officer, resist a police officer and obstructing a police officer. Bail was set at $11,264.

George Cagle, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 3 charged with domestic battery and interruption of 911. Bail was set at $5,000.

Dennis Franske, 51, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 3 charged with attempted auto burglary and tampering with a vehicle. Bail was set at $8,500.

Jason Ledbetter, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on a second charge of battery/domestic violence. Bail was set at $5,000.

Steven Moorman, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 5 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

Christopher McDougal, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 6 charged with burglary. Bail set at $5,000.

Bryan Epps, 30, of Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 6 on a probation violation. No bail was set.

Raymond Holleman, 27, of North Las Vegas, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 6 on a probation violation. No Bail was set.

Robert Lieberman, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Nov. 6 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

At Beatty

Edward Joseph Anderson was booked into Beatty jail, Oct. 31 charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000.

Gilbert Sosa Jr. was booked into Beatty jail Nov. 2 charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $10,000.
