Dale A. Boda, 23, was arrested and booked on charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Boda's arrest occurred after Tiffany Maciaszek, 19, told deputies Boda (her husband) head-butted her in the face and didn't allow her to leave the residence.

When she was finally allowed to leave, she went to a family member's home and called sheriff's office deputies.

Deputies went to the residence to investigate where they found Boda, who reportedly confessed to doing what his wife had alleged.

The officers also received consent to bring in K-9 Dep. Hoss who indicated there were narcotics in the garage.

A search revealed narcotics were in fact hidden in the toolbox drawer.

Boda is currently being held at the detention center on $4,500 bail.
