Customer service or gouging? Check opinions at the door
It's official. The rumors I have heard for the last four years are true. Home Depot broke ground for their store last week and will be opening in 2008.

A liberal called by any other name smells the same
WASHINGTON -- In today's political taxonomy, "progressives" are rebranded liberals dodging the damage they did to their old label. Perhaps their most injurious idea -- injurious to themselves and public schools -- was the forced busing of (mostly other peoples') children to engineer "racial balance" in public schools. Soon, liberals will need a third label if people notice what "progressives" are up to in Utah.

As the weather cools and leaves fall, humans are compelled to lose themselves, literally, among the twists and turns of corn mazes. Apparently the mouse and cheese experiment has filtered down from university labs to high school and even middle school science labs sparking envy among observers.

It was inevitable that Hillary Clinton's triumphant romp to the Democratic presidential nomination would be slowed, which is not to say derailed or even tripped.

I used to enjoy Keith Olbermann's ironic view of the world when he was a sportscaster. He and Dan Patrick were without peers when they delivered the day's sports news on ESPN.
