Solange Phillips

OSKALOOSA, Iowa -- Solange Phillips of Pahrump was recognized for academic achievement at the William Penn University honors program April 28 and graduated May 5, 2007, with a bachelors degree from William Penn's College of arts sciences and professional studies.

Solange is the daughter of Phil and Carlene Heeg of Pahrump.
