Raid targets Slut and tobacco shop
Nearly 6,000 items of drug paraphernalia, including glass pipes and "hide-away" cans, were seized Monday during raids upon Precious Slut, a local tattoo parlor, and the Smoke Plus tobacco shop.

The Pahrump Valley boys' and girls' track teams will compete in the prestigious Las Vegas Classic Saturday at Del Sol High School, after experiencing mixed success in their own Rotary Invitational Friday.
