The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

William Derr, 40, was booked June 6 charged with battery. Bail was set at $632. Revised charges: sexual assault (attempt), sexual assault and first degree kidnapping. Bail was set at $275,000.

Derrick Lee Porter, 20, of Las Vegas, was booked June 6 charged on two counts of sexual assault with victim under 16. Bail was set at $100,000.

John Carder, 32, was booked June 6 charged on five warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,629.

Rudy Barraza, 26, of Las Vegas, was booked June 7 charged with burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit crime, forgery, counterfeiting and habitual criminal. Bail was set at $57,000.

Murphy Tuttle, 22, of Las Vegas, was booked June 7 charged on warrant for forgery and uttering forged instrument. Bail was set at $10,000.

Adam Harris, 22, of Phoenix, Ariz., was booked June 8 charged with second DUI, under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, driving on right side of road required, resisting peace officer, battery on peace officer and driving with suspended drivers license. Bail was set at $15,568.

Jacqueline Reynolds, 46, was booked June 8 charged with furnishing dangerous drugs without prescription and sale of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $25,000.

Errick Dummitt, 18, of Henderson, was booked June 8 charged with DUI and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,632; was released June 9 after bail was posted.

Michael Glynn, 19, was booked June 8 charged with under the influence of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI-drugs. Bail was set at $7,056.

Alfredo Ochoa, 23, of Las Vegas, was booked June 9 charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,632; was released on his own recognizance June 11.

James Parker, 51, was booked June 10 charged on domestic battery and possession of a dangerous weapon. Bail was set at $4,000.

Pancracio Soto, 23, was booked June 10 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without drivers license and headlights required. Bail was set at $21,100.

Kevin Gatewood, 34, was booked June 10 charged with ex-felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of firearm under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $5,132.

Linda Gengler, 49, was booked June 11 charged with failure to appear for possession of controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000; was released on his own recognizance.

Chelsea Demille, 18, was booked June 11 charged with conspiracy to commit crime and obstructing peace officer. Bail was set at $10,632.

Jeffrie Glover, 19, was booked June 11 charged with battery on person over 65. Bail was set at $50,000.

James Smith, 50, of Bakersfield, Calif., was booked June 11 charged on two warrants for failure to appear for non-sufficient funds checks. Bail was set at $10,000.

David Lytle, 43, of Henderson, was booked June 12 sentenced to 10 years to life in the Nevada Department of Prisons. No bail.

Ricky Garza, 54, was booked June 20 charged with domestic violence, child abuse with substantial bodily harm and battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $13,000.

Bonnie Simon, 54, was booked June 20 charged with child abuse and burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

Scott Bennett, 46, was booked June 20 charged on warrant for failure to appear for battery with a deadly weapon and warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. Total bail was set at $15,000.

William Benthal, 50, was booked June 21 charged on warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $457. Also Tonopah Justice Court warrant for non-support. Bail was set at $43,000.

James Rodrigues, 19, was booked June 21 charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale and conspiracy to violate Uniform Controlled Substance Act. Bail was set at $15,000.

Wilbur Smith, 71, was booked June 21 charged with interfering with police officer and battery on police officer. Bail was set at $4,500; was released on his own recognizance.

Ross Wescoatt, 32, was booked June 22 charged with domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $6,000.

Gerald Burton, 21, was booked June 22 charged with two counts of failure to appear on domestic battery. Bail was set at $6,000.

Burl Benner, 43, was booked June 22 charged with battery/domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Carl Smith, 41, was booked June 22 charged on domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Glimer Smith, 50, was booked June 23 charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI-alcohol and illegal stop, stand and park. Bail was set at $7,115; was released after bail was posted.

Rayburn Sinor, 22, was booked June 24 charged with assault with a deadly weapon and bench warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,237.

Kimberly Hardy, 41, was booked June 24 charged with battery with a deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm and domestic violence with substantial bodily harm. Bail was set at $65,000.

James Hollis, 35, was booked June 26 charged on warrant for forgery. Bail was set at $5,000.

Ralph Rodriguez, 24, of Las Vegas, was booked June 26 charged on warrant for forgery, grand larceny, obtaining money under false pretenses and using ID of another. Bail was set at $20,000.

At Tonopah:

Justin Larrabee, 32, of Round Mountain, was released June 6 on his own recognizance.

Laurie Corrigan, 29, was released June 6 on her own recognizance.

Alberto Aguilar-Mendoza, 25, of Fresno, Calif., was booked June 7 charged on two warrants for failure to appear and grand larceny of motor vehicle. Bail was set at $10,500.

Christopher Kern, 24, of Sacramento, Calif., was booked June 7 charged on warrant for probation violation. No bail.

Jeffery R. Tillotson, 33, of North Las Vegas, was booked June 8 on outside warrant and basic speed. Bail was set at $849; was released after bail was posted.

Shawn Michael Ward, 31, of Round Mountain, was booked June 9 charged with breach of peace and resisting public officer. Bail was set at $1,100.

Andrea Hillstead, 42, was booked June 10 charged on Clark County warrant. Bail was set at $500; was released after bail was posted.

Shawn Michael Ward was released June 10 on his own recognizance.

Justin Miller, 21, of Silver Peak, was released June 10 on his own recognizance.

Amando Medina Leyva, 53, of Seeley, Calif., was released June 10 after bail was posted.

Dion Brown, Danny Kuster, Jesse Warnock, Anthony Jones, Justin Orstad, Shawn McCool, Antwain Jefferson and Scarlette Nelson were released June 10 to Prison Transport Services.

Nicholas Stone, 19, was released June 11 on his own recognizance.

Stephen Misener, 40, of Ely, was released June 11 on his own recognizance.

Rex Crow, 45, of Beatty, was released June 11. No charges were filed.

Robert Scott, 29, was released June 12. No charges were filed.

Daniel Fox, 18, was booked June 12 charged with two counts of destruction of public property. Bail was set at $4,000.

Michael F. Long, 19, was booked June 12 charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property. Bail was set at $4,000.

Justin Jay Larrabee, 32, of Round Mountain, was booked June 20 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,115; was released June 26 after time served.

Jackie Lee Smith, 24, was booked June 20 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,115.

Michael Flint, 18, was released June 20 for credit time served.

Daniel Eugene Fox, 18, was released June 20 for credit time served.

Thomas Cielsla, 66, of Yucaipa, Calif., was booked June 21 charged on warrant for non-sufficient funds. Bail was set at $1,000; was released after bail was posted.

Robert Richard McLaughlin, 24, of Winnemucca, was booked June 21 charged on P&P violation. No bail.

Tracy Lee Hicks, 28, of Sacramento, Calif., was released June 21 to Transcor for transport to California.

Marie Davidson, 46, of Pahrump, was released June 22 to Lyon County Sheriff's Office to finish sentence.

Donald Kniefel, 49, was booked June 22 to serve time; was released June 24 after time served.

Robin Lee Dillard, 39, of Washington State, was released June 26 to Washington Department of Corrections.

Richard Thomas, 36, of Las Vegas, was booked June 26 on warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $721.

At Beatty:

Jerry Armando Ramos was booked June 6 charged with reckless driving, unregistered vehicle and driving without a valid drivers license. Bail was set at $926.

Jerry Armando Ramos was released June 8 after payment plan was set up.

Mason Jones Jr. was booked June 9 charged with driving with suspended drivers license and speed. Bail was set at $754; was released after bail was posted.

Vernon Wade Shoshone was booked June 9 charged on driving with revoked out-of-state drivers license and speed. Bail was set at $754.

Roberto Lasalle-Esteves was booked June 10 charged on DUI with accident, no valid drivers license, no insurance, due care and obstruction. Bail was set at $2,640.

William E. Aruello was booked June 11 charged with third DUI, open container, revoked drivers license and driving left/center. Bail was set at $6,006.

Rodrigo Bustos was booked June 12 on NHP/Beatty court warrant. Bail was set at $509.

Ernie Dosinus was booked June 21 charged on two warrants out of Goodsprings Justice Court. Bail was set at $580; was released after bail was posted.

Victoria McCollum was booked June 21 charged with use of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

Russell Whinery was booked June 25 charged on warrant for DUI. Bail was set at $2,500.

John Victor Ludwick was booked June 25 charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,551.
