Children ready to attend their summer vacation Bible study class at the Second Missionary Baptist Church here in Pahrump were greeted with racist comments painted on the side of the church walls Wednesday.

If Pahrump Valley's petition to remain in Class 3-A is denied by the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association, Trojan athletics teams will play in the Class 4-A Sunset Region, starting in fall 2008.
