The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Sheldon Johnson, 31, was booked May 30 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000; was released on his own recognizance.

Mary Stevens, 38, was booked May 30 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Chance Carden, 35, was booked May 30 charged with domestic battery. Bail was at set at $3,000.

Raymond Bunting, 46, was booked May 31 charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,632.

Artur Khachatryan, 22, was booked May 31 charged with DUI-drugs, basic speed, proof of insurance required and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $6,681; was released after bail posted.

Quince Powell, 46, was booked June 1 charged with DUI-drugs, possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance, child abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $14,924.

Timothy Ott, 23, was booked June 2 charged with obstructing a public officer and destruction of private property. Bail was set at $3,132; was released after bail was posted.

Raquel Ramirez, 19, was booked June 2 charged with DUI-drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of dangerous weapon or silencer. Bail was set at $4,556; was released after bail was posted.

Nasha Myart, 22, was booked June 3 charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000.

Victor Xavier Wright, 19, was booked June 3 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI-drugs, possession of marijuana, no insurance and obstruction of police officer. Bail was set at $7,788.

Darvis Johnson, 35, was booked June 3 charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,632. Bail was also set at $11,000 for three warrants for failure to appear.

William Stanley, 55, was booked June 3 charged with DUI-alcohol and drugs, under influence of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container. Bail was set at $7,328.

Adrian Ringo, 18, was booked June 4 charged with DUI-drugs, possession of marijuana, no valid drivers license, no proof of insurance and illegal U-turn. Bail was set at $2,685. Bail was also set at $542 for warrant.

Brandon Schneider, 22, was booked June 4 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000; was released on his own recognizance.

John Himes, 55, was booked June 5 charged with grand larceny. Bail was set at $5,000.

At Tonopah:

Jorge Carlos Sanders, 47, of Sparks, was released May 31 after time served.

Marie C. Davidson, 46, was booked May 31 on order to produce per Judge Lane.

Philip Richard Garcia, 40, was released June 1 to California P&P.

John Scanio was released June 1 on his own recognizance.

John Arthur Dollar was released June 1 on his own recognizance.

Mary Alice Frank, 50, was booked June 2 charged with DUI and hit and run with no injuries. Bail was set at $1,572; was released June 4 on her own recognizance.

Lailani O'Donnell, 24, of Elko, was booked June 2 on warrant for failure to appear on traffic violation. Bail was set at $753.

Tracy Lee Hicks, 28, of Rhonet Park, Calif., was booked June 2 charged with DUI-drugs and non-resident driving on suspended or revoked drivers license. Bail was set at $1,079.

Edmond M. Baker, 49, was booked June 3 charged on NHP warrant. Bail was set at $342; was released June 4 on his own recognizance.

Leilani O'Donnell was released June 3 after bail was posted.

David Allen Macedo, 44, of Round Mountain, was booked June 5 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,115; was released on his own recognizance.

Deborah Sue Pierce, 44, of Round Mountain, was booked June 5 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,115.

Jon Z. Duignan, 19, of Smoky Valley, was released June 5 to Las Vegas P&P.

At Beatty:

Patricia Porte was released May 30 after time served.

Alvaro Rene Ramirez-Duran was booked May 30 charged on peeping with possession of a deadly weapon and trespassing. Bail set at $5,387; was released June 1 after bail was posted.
