The Southern Nevada Officials Association, in conjunction with UNLV, will hold its third annual referee basketball camp June 15-16-17 at UNLV, with games being played at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion.

The camp is designed to teach and prepare officials to work high school varsity basketball games or at higher levels.

Campers will be observed and critiqued by some of the top high school and college officials in the area.

Officials will be observed and taught proper high school mechanics, positioning, game management and professionalism.

The goal is to help develop officiating skills and a greater understanding of rules and officiating philosophy.
