SENTENCING JULY 30 IN DEATH OF CHRISTINE THORSEN: Glover pleas guilty to murder one
After a year and a half of denial, Jeffrie Ray Glover, of Pahrump, entered a guilty plea to first degree murder at an impromptu arraignment in Fifth District Court late Monday afternoon.

SUMMER BASEBALL SEASON: Pahrump Legion to open at Eldorado
While the baseball season is over for the Pahrump Valley Trojans high school teams, many of the players will hit the diamond this summer as members of the the American Legion Post 22 team.
