MEETING ABORTED: RPC exits as residents wrangle
Pahrump Regional Planning Commission members promptly left the second workshop Wednesday to consider the zoning map, due to the improper posting of the agenda, but a crowd of 80 people stayed to air their differences with the study with Hogle-Ireland consultants.

SUMMER BASEBALL SEASON: Pahrump Legion to open at Eldorado
While the baseball season is over for the Pahrump Valley Trojans high school teams, many of the players will hit the diamond this summer as members of the the American Legion Post 22 team.
