The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Curtis Sheckles, 45, was charged with domestic violence. Bail set at $3,000.

Roderick Dewitt, 38, was charged for issuing checks without sufficient funds, burglary, obstruction of public officer, resisting arrest, and petit larceny. Total bail set at $16,896 .

Roque Hembree, 24, of Ca. was booked July 13 charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, under influence of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with revoked driver's license, failure to stop on signal of police officer, second DUI-drugs, and operating unsafe motor vehicle. Bail set at $22,865.

Kimberly Plummer (Hardy), 41, was booked July 14 charged with domestic battery and spousal battery, with deadly weapon. Bail set at $8,000.

Christopher Hardy, 36, was booked July 14, charged with domestic battery. Bail set at $3,000.

Scott Murray, 32, was booked July 14, charged with sex offender fail to complete annual verification. Bail set at $5,000.

Jason Miller, 30, was booked July 14 charged with DUI, evade police, traffic violation, and warrant of arrest for assault and battery. Bail set at $3,582.

Thomas Keith Warburton, 51, was booked July 12, charged with possession of hypodermic device, possession of controlled substance, destroying evidence, and trafficking controlled substance. Bail set at $17,350.

Connie Winterton, 41, was booked July 12, charged with possession of controlled substance. Bail set at $5,000.

Jose Ramon Meza-Hernandez, 40, was booked July 12, charged with warrant for non-support. Bail set at $25,000.

Toni Murphy, 45, was booked July 17, charged with burglary, 42 times, embezzlement, 21 times, uttering/forged instrument, 21 times, Bail set at $357,500.

Madison Knight, 18, was booked July 17, charged with domestic battery. Bail set at $3,000 .

Jorge Garcia, 24, of Mexico, was booked July 15, charged with malicious destruction of private property. Bail set at $3,000.

Marco Olibo, 32, was booked July 16, charged with domestic violence snd obstructing. Bail set at $3,632.

Serena Johnson, 20, was booked July 17, charged with reckless drivng, tampering with motor vehicle twice, and burglary attempt. Bail set at $15,417. Released after bail posted and court date set.

At Tonopah:

Christopher Larue, 45, was released after time served.

John Scanio, 22, was released after time served

Gilbert Cordova, 48, was booked July 11, charged with child abuse, Bail set at $5,500.

Oscar Molina Collazo, 20, of Amargosa Valley, was released for time served.

Gilbert Cordova was released after bail posted.

Carlos Mendez, 30, was booked July 17, charged with failure to appear on basic speed and driving on suspended/revoked driver's license.Bail set at $685.

Alex Lopez, 21, was booked July 15, charged with DUI-alcohol, and malicious destruction of private property. Bail set at $3,792.

John Helber, 44, of Vancouver, Wa. was released after bail was posted.

At Beatty:

Juan Piedra was booked July 13 on charges of NHP warrants twice. Bail set at $1,116.

Charity Kay Beck was booked July 14, charged with conspiracy and conspiracy to burglary. Bail set at $10,000.

Gordon Edward Lecours was booked July 14, charged with burglary/conspiracy to commit burglary, possess burglary tools and P&P hold. Bail set at $12.000.

William Lee Page Jr. was booked July 14, charged with burglary/conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary tools. Bail set at $12,000..

Juan Piedra was booked July 13, charged with NHP warrants twice. Bail set at $1,116.
